About the Role
Join our passionate Quality Assurance team at our Wetherill Park site and play a key role in delivering safe high quality food products to Australians every day. Reporting to the QA Supervisor youll help maintain and improve our quality management systems while working hands on in a dynamic production environment.

What youll be doing:
- Completing QA tasks and records accurately and on time
- Working primarily on the production floor to ensure compliance and quality
- Inspecting products to confirm they meet specifications and safety standards
- Collaborating with operations teams to verify product safety and hygiene
- Identifying and reporting food safety hazards and quality issues
- Promoting a strong quality culture across the business through visible QA engagement

About You
We are looking for an experienced or entry level QA officer to join our team and we are ideally looking for the following experience:
Experience from the meat industry would be advantageous but is not essential
- Tertiary qualifications in food science and/or 1-2 years practical experience
- Thorough understanding of HACCP State Food AQIS and Australian Standard
- High motivation and outstanding attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficiency within all Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced ever-changing environment
