Loyalty Marketing Manager
Seattle WA (Hybrid) 6 months contract (possible extension or conversion)
Pay: $70-75/hour
Work with one of the nations most recognized retail brands and help advance its customer loyalty strategy. They are looking for a Loyalty Marketing Manager to support major initiatives within its customer rewards program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping customer experiences driving cross-functional work and launching campaigns that strengthen engagement.
In this role youll manage loyalty projects from planning through executionpartnering with marketing digital product and analytics teams to align objectives messaging and KPIs. Youll help bring new program updates and promotions to market and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
Loyalty Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop go-to-market strategies for loyalty campaigns and program enhancements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to move initiatives from concept to launch.
- Create marketing briefs outlining goals insights messaging and success metrics.
- Analyze campaign performance and present actionable recommendations.
- Lead meetings manage timelines and oversee agency deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and adapt to shifting priorities.
Loyalty Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of marketing experience ideally in loyalty or customer engagement.
- Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives and go-to-market planning.
- Ability to manage agencies and deliverables in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written verbal and executive communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Workfront or similar tools is a plus.
