Were looking for an experienced RnD Line Manager who can inspire guide and coach our development teams to deliver world-class solutions for the Hospitality this role youll lead agile cross-functional teams working on cloud and firmware products shaping the future of access control technology.

What youll do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of engineers based in Stockholm
• Drive software and firmware development with a strong focus on quality security and customer relevance
• Manage budgets and ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with specifications and milestones
• Motivate and engage teams fostering creativity and collaboration
• Promote a results-driven culture and continuous improvement
• Oversee product certifications and compliance processes
• Act as a key link between Product Development and R&D

What you bring

• Strong leadership skills and experience managing highly skilled engineers
• Hands-on understanding of software and embedded systems
• Proven track record in Agile methodologies and project management
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and a Masters degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
• Commercial awareness and ability to adapt to changing business needs
