Job Title: Sales Development Representative
1Now is a digital solution built for car rental businesses helping them increase revenue reduce costs and deliver a better customer experience. We offer fleet management tools mobile apps websites and financial tracking making business operations simple efficient and profitable.
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sale and Growth team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who have strong communication skills eagerness to learn and the grit to take initiative.
You will play an important role in generating leads conducting initial calls and supporting clients during the early stages of onboarding. You will work closely with experienced team members who will guide and train you.
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Make outbound calls emails and messages to potential leads.
- Introduce prospects to 1Nows SaaS solution in a clear and professional manner.
- Qualify leads and pass forward the ones who are ready for the next step.
2. Communication With Prospects
- Conduct basic introductory and discovery calls.
- Maintain professional proactive and clear communication with prospects.
- Assist experienced team members during client onboarding activities.
- Help new clients understand the initial steps of using the software.
- Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Update and manage lead information using CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot).
- Track all communication follow-ups and task progress.
5. Sales Operations Support
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Assist in scheduling meetings demos and follow-up reminders.
- Report client challenges questions or feedback to the relevant teams.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- 0-6 Months of working experience
- Strong grit discipline and willingness to learn (proactive attitude is a must.)
- Basic sales or customer communication understanding is preferred.
- Good organizational skills and ability to follow structured processes.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks like follow-ups and CRM updates.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho/HubSpot is a plus not mandatory.
- Any experience in telesales customer service or sales internships.
- Basic understanding of SaaS or digital tools.
- Experience communicating with international or American clients.
