Ecommerce Specialist
Location: Remote Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM PDT (Irwindale CA)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 1-hour unpaid break
Hours: 40 hours per week
We have partnered with our client and are seeking a detail-oriented analytical Ecommerce Specialist to manage digital store fronts optimize conversions and elevate the online customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment and knows how to turn product listings and user journeys into revenue. You will support and work across the three (3) brands of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize online product listings to ensure accuracy visibility and strong performance.
- Oversee the end-to-end customer experience across ecommerce platforms to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Implement conversion optimization strategiesA/B testing UX improvements pricing adjustments and promotional tactics.
- Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance metrics identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
- Collaborate with Digital marketing operations and product teams to support campaigns launches and inventory needs.
- Ensure brand consistency and merchandising excellence across all product pages.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related discipline.
- Experience managing ecommerce platforms (Shopify WooCommerce BigCommerce Magento or similar).
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization merchandising and digital user experience.
- Comfortable working with analytics tools to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions.
- Solid knowledge of SEO best practices for product listings.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
