Job title: Bookkeeper (Full-Time)

Rate: 8 AUD/Hour
We are URGENTLY hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support one of our biggest clients in the building and construction sector. This is a full-time permanent WFH role on the AM shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and internal financial records
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Issue invoices and process payments (money in/money out)
- Follow up on overdue invoices
- Check invoices against agreed price costings
- Liaise with the Director and Business Development Manager regarding project financials
- Record and maintain project data within the accounting system
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports maintaining the standard set by the outgoing Accounts Manager
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Ability to learn quickly and integrate seamlessly
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain reporting accuracy
- Experience in construction industry bookkeeping is a plus
- Detail oriented analytical with high ability to focus.
