Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support LAN/WAN network operations and infrastructure
Design and document LLD/HLD for new network changes
Monitor and report on network performance and capacity
Troubleshoot and design LAN/WAN/SD-WAN networks globally
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents
Manage network lifecycle including upgrades and decommissions
Lead network projects to enhance utilization and customer satisfaction
Handle escalations related to LAN and Cisco SD-WAN
Maintain and support wireless infrastructure
Respond to P2/P3 incidents involving LAN/WAN/Wireless/SD-WAN

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Cisco networking (SD-WAN.)
Strong skills in network design and documentation
Experience in wireless infrastructure support
Project leadership experience in network operations
Familiarity with finance domain environments is a plus
