Your strong communication skills and ability to build quick rapport will play a key role in driving revenue and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Screening & Telesales
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company products and services.
Assess customer requirements and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
Convert leads into sales opportunities by providing clear persuasive and relevant information.
2. Customer Engagement
Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and pain points.
Educate potential clients about product features benefits and value propositions.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling enquiries.
3. Appointment Setting
4. CRM & Database Management
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English; multilingual proficiency is a plus.
Strong interpersonal negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
Experience in SaaS-based products / ERP solutions is highly desirable.
Self-motivated results-driven and able to work both independently and within a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Female candidates preferred.
Experience range: 25 years in inside sales tele-calling or lead generation roles in IT SaaS/Zoho based
