This is an Inside sales Pre Sales Sales Support role to generate Business.
Role Overview
Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive with 23 years of experience in back-end sales Sales support. The role involves supporting the sales team through coordination pricing quotations CRM management and client communication to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:-
Provide complete back-end sales support to the sales team
Prepare and manage sales quotations pricing sheets proposals and related documentation
Coordinate internally for approvals pricing validation and technical inputs
Handle client communication via calls emails and follow-ups
Maintain and update CRM software with leads opportunities and sales data
Assist in lead tracking pipeline management and MIS reporting
Support sales closures by ensuring timely and accurate documentation
Required Skills & Proficiency:-
23 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Sales Support / Back-End Sales
Strong proficiency in working with CRM software
Hands-on experience in sales quotation preparation and pricing coordination
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel Word and PowerPoint
Strong coordination follow-up and organizational skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
