Job Summary

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to represent JNB Bearings Pvt Ltd a leading importer of J&B brand bearings in this role you will drive sales by visiting industrial units workshops and retail outlets promoting genuine imported bearings and building strong customer relationships. Youll play a key role in expanding our market presence ensuring timely collections and delivering excellent on-site support. This is a fast-paced performance-driven position ideal for self-starters with a passion for sales and a willingness to grow in a dynamic industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

Visit 2035 industrial sites daily including crusher units rice mills hardware shops automobile workshops and factories
Sell 100% genuine imported bearings and generate new leads while securing repeat orders from existing dealers
Collect payments and work to reduce outstanding receivables
Use the Zoho mobile app to check in with live photos and record orders (training provided)
Install and maintain product banners display catalogs and assist customers with bearing-related technical issues.

Requirements

Requirements:

Age between 2140 years
Must have a valid driving license and own a bike
Android smartphone with reliable internet access
Permanent local address within 50 km of Vijaywada.
Experience in bearings industrial supplies crusher equipment hardware or auto spare parts sales is a strong advantage.
Freshers with a bike and strong motivation to earn are welcome full training provided.
Proficiency in local language; basic English skills required
