Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer/Technician to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing equipment as well as providing technical support to our clients. The role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning:
- Install test and commission AWP equipment at client sites.
- Ensure proper setup and operation of machinery according to manufacturer guidelines.
Maintenance and Repair:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on AWP equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair faults or breakdowns in AWP machinery and systems.
- Replace or repair defective components parts or wiring specific to AWP.
Technical Support:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients using AWP equipment.
- Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of AWP machinery.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to AWP in a timely manner.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance repairs and service activities for AWP equipment.
- Prepare and submit detailed service reports to management.
- Provide feedback to the product development team regarding recurring issues or customer concerns related to AWP.
Compliance and Safety:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during service activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for construction equipment.

Qualifications and Skills -

Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with specific expertise in AWP equipment and construction machinery.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems related to AWP and construction equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Valid drivers license if applicable.
