We are looking for a Lead Developer to drive backend architecture and development for enterprise-level projects. This role requires a highly experienced engineer capable of making key technical decisions leading projects independently and delivering high-quality solutions under tight timelines. Responsibilities Design and architect scalable backend solutions Core / .NET 6 Lead backend development efforts and define technical direction Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices Optimize database models queries and data access layers Enforce coding standards and best practices across teams Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables Troubleshoot complex issues across the backend stack Collaborate on sprint planning estimation and feasibility Support CI/CD workflows and deployments (Azure DevOps GitHub Actions) Ensure backend systems are performant secure and well-documented Requirements 7 years of professional development experience 5 years working Framework Core / .NET 6 Advanced proficiency in C# and OOP principles Strong experience with Core Web API MVC Experience with Entity Framework Core Strong SQL experience (SQL Server or PostgreSQL) Experience building RESTful APIs Familiarity with Azure or cloud-native environments Experience with Git and CI/CD practices Ability to lead projects independently and make architectural decisions Strong communication skills in English
