The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Sustainability Advisor to join our National Sustainability this senior roleyoulllead sustainability input advice andexpertiseacross major infrastructure projectsincluding water rail and roadas well as global Net Zero initiatives and defence projects.
Youllwork closely with project teams to embed sustainability strategies from design through construction delivering frameworks management plans and innovative solutions that leavea lasting legacy.
WhatYoullDo
Lead sustainability strategies andprovidetechnical advice on complex large-scale projects.
Drive adoption of sustainability initiatives during design and construction phases.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver positive environmental and community outcomes.
Manage project planning cost estimates tender submissions technical documentation and client reporting.
Build andmaintainstrong relationships with clients authorities and internal stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior consultants whileadvisingsenior management.
Contribute to business development through proposals budgets and stakeholder engagement.
Who You Are
Yourea seasoned sustainability professional with a proventrack recordin infrastructure projects. You thrive on collaboration leadership and innovation andyouremotivated by the success of your team. You bring integrity accountability andstrong communicationskills with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results.
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in sustainability environmental engineering or similar.
Extensive experience in sustainability consulting within the infrastructure sector.
Familiarity with Green Star or ISC rating tools (highly regarded).
Strong stakeholder management and business development experience.
Ability to manage complex projects budgets and deadlines.
