POSITION SUMMARY:
Acting as a key influencer to business leaders the Lead Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial leadership and business partnership to one or more of Advanced Energys product line organizations in support of strategic decision-making within their organizations. The ideal candidate will be self-driven with strong business savvy regularly identifying business needs and recommending changes and improvements for both the business partner leaders and within the finance organization. The Lead Financial Analyst is a hands-on contributor supporting business leadership teams by leveraging broad finance experience and technical expertise to support strategic initiatives through high impact financial analysis reporting and insight.

As required by multiple state pay transparency laws Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including but not limited to skill set level of experience and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $116000to $147000per year.
