Responsibilities
The Nurse Clinician will be responsible for functioning in a leadership role in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team as a direct care provider and clinical expert. Develops and implements practice guidelines participates as active and integral member of clinical pathway team and maintains the established standards of care and practice through staff development clinical improvement activities and patient/staff education.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required minimum of two years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in the area of nursing assigned.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining policy-driven practices is highly desirable; history of working with state/federal regulations a plus
- Current BLS Card (CPR).
