JOB SUMMARY
To provide each guest with outstanding and personalized customer service while accuratelyperformingall high-end Nail Services.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
Offer the highest level of personalized service whilemaintaininga positive enthusiastic helpful and professional attitude with all guests and team members.
Experienced licensed Nail Technician with a depth of education and service experience with the ability to perform the following nail services: manicurespedicures expressservices French tips gel polish acrylic/gel nail application.
Initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner.
Participate in a learning environment which maximizes productivity skilldevelopmentand associate retention via ongoing educational workshops.
The ability to understand all Salon & Spa services treatments and be able to explain each in a clear precise manner.
Suggests tailored/customizable nail services to each client and upsell services.
Demonstrates respect sensitivity and concern for guests and associates needs in a professional manner.
Able toperformexpress services (manicure and pedicures in 30 minutes)
To provide information about the Salon & Spa and its servicestreatmentsand concepts as well as pricing asrequested.
Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
Respond to guest requestsimmediately accurately and appropriately
Understand the importance of and committed to continuing education
Two years of work experience at a high end or resort style salon or spa.
Warm enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and guest/ associate relations.
Flexible schedule.
Expectations include excellent and proficient in the following: manicure pedicure acrylic/gel nail application gel polish application expressservicesand nail repairs/fills.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift 25lbs
Must be able to stand up to 9 hours per day Length of time of these tasks may vary
