HII Mission Technologies seeks an experienced On-Site Team Lead to serve as the single point of contact for contractor operations supporting the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Air Delivered Capabilities Directorate Secure Storage Division. This key personnel position will lead contractor coordination for high-visibility nuclear weapons programs including the Weapon Storage and Security System (WS3) Vault Modernization Program (VMP) and Disablement Management System (DMS) Modification Program.
As the On-Site Team Lead in the NDW portfolio you will be the primary interface between HII contractor personnel and Government leadership ensuring seamless contractor operations and mission success. This role requires strong leadership abilities knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and the ability to coordinate complex multi-faceted contract activities in a highly regulated environment.
