Job Responsibilities
- Support the digital team in planning and execution of content for external and internal channels.
- Maintaining and optimizing our content management tool for social media and websites (Sprinklr and AEM).
- Developing and managing our content calendar
- Take part in brainstorming sessions for new content and campaigns
- Creating and editing images and video content for social media internal communications and website.
- Support with Community management and social media listening
- Support with monitoring tracking and reporting on internal channels social media and website metrics (Using Sprinklr and Google Analytics).
- To keep a close eye on digital trends and competition to translate this to innovative concepts for our channels.
Education & Experience
- A Bachelors/masters degree in communications marketing or similar.
- Educational background or high level of interest in digital strategy content strategy communications and media relations.
- Experience with Adobe Suite and other visual editing tools.
- Experience with content management and monitoring tools such as Sprinklr and Meltwater is a plus.
Skills
- Excellent verbal writing designing and planning skills.
- Eagerness to learn planning and project management skills.
- Eagerness to work with data analyze data and pull-out insights.
- Knowledge and curiosity about digital/technology and social media trends is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Creative thinker.
- Service-minded and proactive.
The internship lasts for 5 months starting on February 1st with the possibility of extension.
