About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner youll play a key role in finding and securing the best talent to help drive Dyson forward. Working closely with hiring managers youll develop and deliver tailored recruitment strategies managing the full cyclefrom sourcing and screening to offer negotiationwhile always aiming for efficiency and impact.

You wont just fill jobs. Youll act as a consultant to the business advising hiring managers sharing best practices and shaping innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse high-quality candidates.

Strong relationships are central to your success. Youll work alongside business leaders provide guidance on interviews and talent management and ensure candidates stay informed and engaged throughout. Your industry insight will keep Dysons recruitment both compliant and competitive helping us attract and retain the talent needed to push boundaries through technology

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment including drafting job postings screening candidates coordinating interviews and managing onboarding documentation
  • Proactively source talent using LinkedIn job boards social media and referrals
  • Partner hiring managers on driving recruiting strategy end to end including best practices in selection and assessment
  • Assist hiring managers and the TA team with interview logistics feedback collection and delivering a positive candidate experience
  • Help organize and promote employer branding and recruitment events
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports and assist with talent market research as needed
  • Collaborate effectively with the wider TA team and business stakeholders

About You:

  • Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in recruitment TA coordination or talent sourcing (ideally in tech or other fast-paced environments)
  • Familiarity with sourcing channels and tools (e.g. LinkedIn job boards)
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative with a can-do attitude
