We are looking for a Region Managerto join our National Leadership Team who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of valuers with the goal of ensuring that property valuations meet the highest standards within NAB. Youll be responsible for leading teams in residential and commercial projects managing budgets and large and small project deadlines as well as establishing strategic direction.
Each day youll go above and beyond to:
- Coach lead and mentor the valuations team in line with their individual development plans
- Conduct training sessions and team meetings locally and nationally
- Conduct valuation assignments for clients across all asset types
- Produce reports in line with industry best practice standards

Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:
- Proven experience in leading inspiring equipping and managing a team strong relationship influencing and management whilst delivering strong business performance and service delivery outcomesincluding completion of valuations
- Effective communication skills by working in partnership with key stakeholders including developing and maintaining good working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues across multiple teams
- Tertiary qualifications in Valuations with Membership of the Australian Property Institute as an Associate or Fellow
- Business Acumen Evaluation and Execution in Equipping and Inspiring teams
- Team Engagement skills creating a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the team achieve its objectives.
