The company has been present in the region through a distributor and is already recognized in the market. Now Hollister is building its own Sales and Marketing organization in Poland from the ground up and opening a new office - an exciting time to join and shape the future.
As Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving Hollisters growth in Poland by developing and executing local marketing strategies for the Ostomy product portfolio. This is a strategic and hands-on role that combines market analysis product launch planning and close collaboration with sales to deliver strong business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement medium- and long-term marketing strategies to grow market share and sales.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis distilling insights to inform strategy.
- Plan and execute product launches pricing strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing tactics with revenue goals.
- Build relationships with associations healthcare professionals and consumers.
- Manage marketing communications ensuring alignment with global brand positioning.
- Oversee budget planning forecasting and ROI tracking for marketing programs.
What Were Looking For:
- 5 years of marketing experience ideally in medical devices or pharma.
- Strong understanding of the Polish healthcare industry and reimbursement landscape.
- Proven experience in strategic marketing product launches and campaign execution.
- Bachelors degree in marketing Business or related field.
- Fluent in Polish and English (written and verbal).
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to execute based on data-driven insights.
