This role plays a key part in supporting both construction management and O&M activities on environmental remediation system installations helping ensure projects are delivered safely efficiently and in full compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.

What Youll Do:

Construction Management:

Support the Construction Manager with daily site operations and project coordination
Develop and submit annual construction workplans
Maintain accurate documentation including reports inspections and material tracking
Participate in project meetings and contribute to scheduling budgeting and progress updates
Prepare construction progress reports and assist with environmental monitoring and recordkeeping

Operations and Maintenance (O&M):

Support site operations while maintaining safety health and environmental compliance
Conduct inspections and implement health and safety plans
Manage work crews subcontractors and vendors
Track project costs and manage purchase orders
Ensure quality assurance and quality control on all site work and deliverables

What Youll Bring:

25 years of experience in civil construction or environmental projects (Level I: 23 years Level II: 35 years)
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and project specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and project management software including Primavera
Basic AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
40-hour HAZWOPER and Cal-OSHA certifications preferred; training available if needed

Level I: $90000-$110000

Level II: $120000-$140000
