We are hiring Commis - Grill 79 Kitchen(Cold Dish);

As a Commis - Grill 79 Kitchen(Cold Dish) we rely on you to:

  • Understand pre-service setup workflows in the cold dish kitchen.
  • Prepare daily cold dishes; ensure taste plating hygiene and serving speed align with hotel restaurant standards.
  • Manage receiving/storage of cold dish ingredients to guarantee freshness and safety.
  • Maintain cleanliness/disinfection of work areas; adhere to SFS food hygiene & personal grooming rules; complete hygiene records and inspect equipment functionality.
  • Track ingredient consumption pre/post-meal; restock timely to reduce waste; monitor inventory per daily operations/updates.

We are looking for someone who:

  • 1 year and above of cold dish experience in 5-star hotels or high-end restaurants.
  • Eager to learn new dishes; adaptable to rapid menu innovation.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
  • Responsible detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Knowledgeable about food hygiene/safety regulations; maintains a clean work area.
  • Maintains kitchen equipment/tableware; practices high personal hygiene standards.
