Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Gaithersburg is looking to hirea Service Acquisition Associate!You will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with customer leads received via the Internet phone and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service organization and follow-through are required. We are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal skills a proven work ethic and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. We would like you to be part of our future growth!

Responsibilities
- Managing internet sales leads responding to inquiries in a timely fashion and answering questions on available stock and product performance
- Follow up with potential leads and return voicemails and messages to answer customers questions
- Setting appointments for customers from the Internet based on goals and objectives defined by the Internet Sales Manager
- Clearly and professionally document all customer feedback and information in CRM software
- Stay informed about new products features accessories etc. and their benefits to customers
- Meet weekly with the Used Car team to collaborate on areas that need improvement and areas that are working to drive towards success and hit new goals
Requirements
- Ability to professionally and positively interact with customers via phone and email
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of a department or business goal
- Must be able to read write and type reports/correspondence.
- Customer service sales or telemarketing background helpful
- Excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills
- A positive attitude an exceptional work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Computer literacy organization skills follow-up skills typing skills
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening MVR and drug test
- Must have a valid drivers license
