As we enter a new phase of growth we are looking for a motivated Finance Associate with MS Dynamics background to continue on this journey with us.

Your role

You will be an important member of our growing Finance team contributing to a wide range of financial activities and ensuring support to the smooth operation of our day-to-day processes helping to maintain accuracy transparency and efficiency across the department.

Working side by side with our Financial & Control Specialist while supporting our Financial Controller and CFO youll gain hands-on exposure to every corner of finance in a fast-moving scale-up. On top of that youll have the chance to collaborate across all teams in our 120-person organization making a real impact and shaping how we grow.

Youll make an impact by

Taking full ownership of organizing incoming invoices.
Preparing and executing payments with accuracy and speed.
Reconciliation of accounts and statements to keep our numbers sharp.
Driving smooth order processing and handling purchasing order (PO) task
Serving as the go-to person for all payment-related questions
Managing all financial incoming enquiries and invoices proactively
Keeping our records clean and up to date through diligent filing
Supporting the team with agile day-to-day administrative tasks

What were looking for

13 years of hands-on experience in finance accounting or related administration. MS Dynamics is a big plus!
Fluent in English spoken and written with basic Dutch skills (A2).
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Proactive flexible and driven by a can-do attitude.
Thrives in a start-up/scale up fast-paced international environment and able to multitask effectively.
Based within commuting distance to our HQ in Amsterdam.

Please note: The salary for the position doesnt match with the Highly Skilled Migrant Visa salary criteria for candidates above 30 years old and thus we are unable to provide visa sponsorship and work permit.
