We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with specialized expertise in high-rise construction to ensure adherence to quality standards safety protocols and regulatory compliance across all phases of construction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in RCC testing RMC plant operations and comprehensive knowledge of civil and finishing works execution.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Control Assist in quality assurance initiatives for high-rise construction projects from foundation to completion. Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans inspection schedules and testing protocols to ensure all construction activities meet specified standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor compliance with approved drawings specifications and construction methodology.

RCC Testing & Material Management Oversee all aspects of reinforced concrete construction quality including cube testing slump testing and concrete strength verification. Coordinate with RMC plant operations to ensure consistent concrete quality proper batching procedures and timely delivery schedules. Conduct regular inspections of concrete placement compaction and curing processes.

Civil Works Supervision Supervise execution of structural works including foundation column beam and slab construction. Ensure proper reinforcement placement concrete cover maintenance and joint execution. Monitor excavation works formwork installation and structural member alignment. Verify compliance with structural drawings and engineering specifications.

Finishing Works Quality Control Oversee quality standards for architectural and MEP finishing works including flooring wall finishes ceiling systems and facade installation. Conduct inspections of waterproofing plastering tiling and painting works. Ensure proper installation of doors windows and other architectural elements.

Documentation & Reporting Maintain comprehensive quality documentation including inspection reports test certificates non-conformance reports and corrective action tracking. Prepare daily weekly and monthly quality reports for project stakeholders. Coordinate with third-party testing agencies and maintain all quality-related certifications.

Team Leadership & Coordination Assist quality control teams and coordinate with site engineers contractors and consultants. Conduct quality training sessions for site personnel and subcontractors. Interface with clients consultants and regulatory authorities during quality inspections and approvals.

Required Qualifications

Education & Certification Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional certifications in quality management (ISO 9001) or construction quality preferred. Valid certifications for concrete testing and material inspection.

Technical Experience 6-8 years of progressive experience in construction quality engineering with at least 4 years specifically in high-rise construction projects. Demonstrated expertise in RCC construction concrete testing procedures and RMC plant operations. Proven experience in managing quality for projects exceeding 20 floors or 100 meters in height.

Technical Skills Comprehensive knowledge of IS codes NBC standards and local building regulations. Proficiency in concrete mix design testing protocols and quality control procedures. Experience with construction materials testing structural inspection techniques and finishing works quality standards. Working knowledge of CAD software and quality management systems.

Core Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced construction environments. Leadership capabilities for managing quality teams and coordinating with diverse project stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with green building certifications (LEED IGBC) and sustainable construction practices. Knowledge of advanced construction technologies and modern construction methodologies. Previous experience with international construction standards and practices. Professional membership in relevant engineering associations.
