Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust scalable Power Apps and SharePoint Online solutions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and other modern development practices.
- Lead the technical design sessions architecting solutions that fulfil business requirements while aligning with EYs technology standards and best practices.
- Develop custom web parts extensions and applications using SPFx React TypeScript HTML CSS and other modern web technologies.
- Implement complex workflows and business processes using Power Automate and integrate them with Power Apps and SharePoint Online.
- Ensure seamless integration of Power Apps and SharePoint solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party systems.
- Conduct code reviews enforce coding standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance and support to project teams stakeholders and end-users including documentation training and troubleshooting.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft 365 Power Platform and SharePoint technologies to drive innovation and thought leadership within EY.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development including experience with SharePoint Online and SPFx.
- Strong experience with Power Apps Power Automate and the broader Power Platform.
- Proficiency in web development technologies including React TypeScript HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience with Azure services REST APIs and external data sources integration.
- Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform and/or SharePoint.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API.
- Knowledge of SharePoint PnP (Patterns and Practices).
- Prior consulting experience or experience working in a professional services firm.
