Product Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Lead product marketing efforts from positioning to launch and beyond.
- Own messaging frameworks for new products features and updatestailored to each audience segment.
- Collaborate with the product team to translate complex features into clear compelling value propositions.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches and work closely with the digital marketing team on execution.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform messaging differentiation and user engagement.
Brand Messaging & Communication Consistency
- Serve as the gatekeeper of Piggytechs tone voice and messaging across all channels (email social product and internal).
- Align internal and external messaging to ensure clarity consistency and brand alignment across all departments.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure product narratives are consistent with brand values and user needs.
Email Marketing & Lifecycle Campaigns
- Lead email strategy across onboarding newsletters reactivation and feature updates.
- Work with the product and digital marketing teams to ensure CustomerIO and other email touchpoints reflect the right messaging and timing.
- Leverage user data to personalize communications and improve retention.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Act as a strategic liaison between product design compliance legal and customer success to ensure that communications are accurate timely and compliant.
- Collaborate with the content and digital marketing teams to ensure campaign messaging is reinforced across online channels.
Performance Measurement & Insights
- Track communication performance across campaigns: email engagement social sentiment campaign effectiveness and user feedback.
- Use insights to optimize messaging strategies and improve future initiatives.
- Monitor trends and audience behavior to refine product positioning and tone across different formats.
- Proven experience in product marketing and communications preferably in fintech banking industry or PR agency.
- Experience in customer support and managing a team of marketers is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills a good eye for design and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of driving measurable business impact.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools CRM systems and analytics platforms.
