Your key responsibilities

• Helpto deliver anoverarching Employer Brand strategy for EY in the UK thatclosesbrand gaps improve brand attributes and buildsa community of engaged prospective talent particularly for the experienced hire audience though this may move into other audiences.

• Lead on projects and take ownership of the delivery of specific employer brand activities.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation to understand business objectives and context to deliver employer brand activities that align with the broader employer brand direction.

• Be an active part ofthe employer brand team creating a collaborative and supportive environment with a positive learning culture.

• Support and coach members of the team helping them develop their skills and experience within employer brand.

• Support recruitmentandcandidate engagement teams with the tools guidance and training required allowing them to be the most powerful brand ambassadors that they can be.

• Collaborate with external agencies and partners to proactively deliverspecificemployer brandactivities acrosstheyear.

• Maintainup-to-date market knowledge and insights of recruitingtalentandemployer brand trendstoinfluenceconversationsandbeatrusted subject matter expert.

• Support the team with developing content for various channels including social media career websites and recruitment materials to promote our employer brand.

• Support with reporting andmeasurementtodemonstratethe impact of activity on employer brand metricstodrive continuous improvement.

Skills and attributes for success

• Advanced knowledge of employer brand principles including an understanding of employer value propositions.
• Proven experience in delivering marketing or employer branding campaigns demonstratingimpact through measurement.
• Project management skills and navigating multiple requests.
• Experience ofworking withmedia and creative agencies.
• Ability to build productive relationships with a range of colleagues and stakeholders. You will be an active listener but able to give guidance as a trusted expert.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving shared objectives.
• Work under pressure in a complex business demonstrating resilience.
• Able to respond well to change.

To qualify for the roleyou must have

• Experience of working in an employer brand team ideally in aprofessional servicesor alargematrix structureenvironment.
