Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our long-term care this role you will provide skilled nursing care to residents in an assisted living and retirement setting ensuring their comfort safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor residents health and report changes to supervising staff.
Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident comfort.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop resident care plans.
Educate residents and families on health management and wellness.

Qualifications:

Current Iowa LPN license.
Previous experience in long-term care preferred.
