Your Impact
We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist who will contribute to the success of the Human Resources Team applying their expertise in communications to support the achievement of team and company goals and deliver innovative reliable this role the successful candidate will collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills and maintain a commitment to professional excellence quality and continuous improvement.
The Role
The Internal Communications Specialist is a hands-on execution partner to the Communications this role you will turn communication plans and message maps into clear on-time communications that keep global PMS employees informed aligned and ready to execute. Youll manage day-to-day internal communications across channels like email the Hub newsletters internal social and digital signage and youll help us build more visually engaging content. Were especially interested in candidates who can provide additional in-house graphic design and/or light video editing support and who are comfortable using AI tools responsibly to enhance (not replace) their work.
Job Responsibilities
What youll do
- Plan draft edit and publish internal communications across email intranet/Hub newsletters internal social and digital signage.
- Maintain a predictable cadence for core channels including company newsletters enterprise updates and key leadership communications.
- Build and update intranet/Hub pages organize information and help improve the overall employee experience.
- Create simple graphics and short-form videos to support campaigns leadership messages and major initiatives or coordinate with other design resources as needed.
- Partner with project and change managers to deliver clear timely communications for company-wide initiatives (such as major systems processes or strategy changes).
- Use AI tools responsibly to support tasks like outlining first-draft content repurposing messages or simple visuals always with human review and quality control.
- Manage routing approvals and quality checks to ensure every message is accurate on brand and aligned with our standards.
- Track basic communication metrics and share insights that help us continuously improve.
What you bring
- Bachelors degree in Communications Journalism Marketing Public Relations or related field or equivalent experience.
- Approximately 3 years of experience in internal communications corporate communications marketing communications or a similar field (we may consider strong candidates with 12 years of closely related experience).
- Strong writing and editing skills you know how to simplify complex topics and adapt tone for different audiences.
- Experience publishing content through tools like intranet/CMS platforms email platforms and basic design tools (PowerPoint Canva or similar).
- Hands-on experience with basic graphic design and/or light video editing is strongly preferred but not required.
- Comfort using AI tools responsibly to enhance writing design and workflows without compromising accuracy or brand.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple communication requests and deadlines.
- Collaborative working style and confidence in partnering with leaders and subject-matter experts.
- Continuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency quality and safety

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary range: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
- Our compensation philosophy: we offer competitive pay based on market data including local national and industry benchmarks. For new hires offers are generally within the established min- to mid-point of the range for the role with flexibility to recognize experience skills and education. Our approach ensures fair pay internally while remaining competitive externally and allows room for growth.
