Job Summary:

Coordinates daily activities and personnel involved in performing internal operations. Uses independent judgment within the framework of established policies and objectives in decisions that influence operations. Serves as a EMS provider and a professional role model for other employees.

Job Duties:

  • Assist management in formulating administrative and operational policies and procedures.
  • Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees.
  • Orients new personnel.
  • Assists in investigating analyzing and resolving personnel and operational problems or complaints.
  • Interprets implements and enforces compliance with policies procedures and regulations.
  • Expedites workflow and examines work for quality and quantity.

Position Details:

Education:

Graduate from Specialty Training Program- (Required) Associates Degree- (Preferred)

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years-Related work experience (Required)

Certification(s) and License(s):

Certified Emergency Medical Technician - State of Pennsylvania
