Contract Duration: 14 Weeks
Hours: 40 hours/week
Shift: 7:00 AM 5:30 PM MondayFriday (specific days may vary)
Pay Rate: $75 $78 per hour
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse Nurse Educatorfor an exciting job in New York NY.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical instruction education and training to nursing staff.
Assist with onboarding orientation and continuous professional development programs.
Evaluate competency and performance to ensure adherence to clinical standards.
Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify educational needs and develop training plans.
Maintain documentation related to training assessments and education initiatives.
Support quality and safety initiatives through evidence-based practice.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
Strong clinical background with the ability to teach and guide nursing staff effectively.
Education
Required: Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
Certifications & Licensure
Valid New York State RN License.
Primary Source Verification through NYSED.
AHA BLS certification.
