In this role you will be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records with a strong focus on bookkeeping reconciliations and ledgers while ensuring all compliance requirements such as GST TDS payroll and ROC filings are completed timely and error-free.
You will prepare monthly MIS financial statements and business performance reports that deliver clarity and actionable insights to the leadership team.
A critical part of your role will be to enforce process discipline implement robust internal controls and uphold data integrity across all systems ensuring the organization remains audit-ready at all times. Beyond compliance and reporting you will support financial planning budgeting and variance analysis contributing to cost optimization and business decision-making.
Above all this role demands a meticulous process-oriented professional who can bring structure consistency and reliability to the companys finance function.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help the team with financial planning budgeting and cost analysis
- Assist in payroll processing finalization and generation of related reports.
- Preparing monthly MIS reports and financial presentations
- Assist in monitoring cash flow receivables and payables
- Work on variance analysis actual vs planned expenses or revenue
- Support in internal audits and coordination with external auditors
- Maintain and update financial data and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors management and other departments for smooth operations
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 12 years of relevant experience in business finance proficient with Excel and knowledge of Tally Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
SKILLS ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE
- CA Inter (both groups or any 1 group cleared) or CA dropout
- Good understanding of business finance concepts and financial statements
- Familiarity with payroll processing and related statutory components (PF ESI TDS)
- Exposure to Zoho Books Tally or any cloud accounting tool is a plus
- Knowledge of tax & compliance (GST TDS ROC)
- Comfortable with MS Excel (pivot table VLOOKUP formulas)
- Strong attention to detail and a responsible attitude
- Experience in a startup or Business Finance exposure.

- OR CA Dropout with strong business finance knowledge
- OR / MBA (Finance)
