Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
Purpose of Role
Responsible for assisting Manager and Assistant Manager in the supervision of restaurant daily operations in order to meet and exceed customer needs and business requirements; while ensuring adherence to service standard and operating procedures.
Cast Key Responsibilities
and inspect restaurant opening and closing duties.
duties to reporting Talent and fill out station chart.
Whatever/Whenever attitude when responding to guest request
in training needs identification and training plan development
coaching and conduct training for all reporting Talent to ensure that service standards are followed
