- Fluent oral and written communication skills in both Turkish and English.
- University degree in Hospitality Management Food & Beverage or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office or a similar guest-facing position.
- Strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently when needed.
- High commitment to professional ethics and company values.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and other front office software systems.
- Capable of multitasking and performing efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work varied shifts weekends and holidays.
- Excellent problem-solving decision-making and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude energetic personality and a polished communication style.
- Ability to remain calm and deliver outstanding service under pressure.
