- Proficiency in Opera PMS and other front office software systems.
- Capable of multitasking and performing efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work varied shifts weekends and holidays.

- Ability to remain calm and deliver outstanding service under pressure.
