Associate, Civil

• Act as Qualified Person (QP) for the assigned civil engineering projects e.g. Sewerage Drainage Water Pipelines from conception to completion ensuring adherence to safety standards quality requirements and project timelines
• Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions for projects
• Conduct and review geotechnical site investigations risk assessments structural calculations and feasibility studies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project designs and resolve technical challenges
• Provide expert guidance on civil works construction methodologies
• Manage project budgets resources and stakeholder relationships
• Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements 
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Geotechnical Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering works e.g. sewerage pipelines drainages
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Strong project management skills including risk assessment and mitigation
• Proven track record in budget management and resource allocation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
