Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our organization you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our guests and clients.
- Manage incoming calls emails and correspondence efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures including room assignments and key card management
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain up-to-date calendars
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Stay informed about hotel facilities services and local attractions to assist guests effectively
- Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols
