Providing support for workshops & events
Provide support for plant Continuous Improvement Process (CIP)
Simple write-ups for notice or announcement
Drafting / Document the process workflows
Video editing and recording for Internal publication.
Maintaining Internal website
Other ad-hoc administrative and tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications :

Jan or Feb 2026 intake
Degree in Business Management / International Business / Communication / Marketing (Major in communication improvements management or others related).
Ability to engage & communicate well with all levels of people.
Simple presentation skills
Ability to multi-task
Competent in MS Windows like Excel Words PowerPoint
