Job Summary

In this role youll be at the heart of SMARTYs mission to deliver simple honest mobile. Working alongside the Senior Revenue & Retention Manager and the Retention Specialist youll help shape and achieve ambitious revenue and retention goals. Youll support commercial programmes and tactical activity primarily through base management ensuring every initiative reflects SMARTYs brand values.

Collaboration is key! Youll partner with Business Insights CRM Finance and Trading Performance to design plans while working closely with crossfunctional teams to plan and execute campaigns that keep everyone aligned and inspired. Youll also take ownership of reporting and presenting on base performance and programme outcomes giving you the chance to showcase results and influence future strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Help to create and coordinate revenue and retention performance and reporting it to all key stakeholders
  • Monetise the launch of new and existing propositions through base management including Add-on sales international calling etc
  • Manage the in-life revenue and retention of key base programmes including upsell upgrade and cross sell programmes
  • Explore all options to create new Revenue and Retention opportunities
  • Ownership of Refer A Friend and Groups 1.0 and 2.0 performance
  • Manage and own SMARTYS revenue driving KPIs: ARPU and Total Revenue

 


Qualifications :

  • Prior experience in a commercial P&L or CRM role
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills with the ability to support business cases forecasting and reporting results
  • Strategic mindset able to deliver immediate priorities while planning effectively for the future
  • Experience working with customer bases and a clear understanding of the importance of CVM and CRM
  • Collaboration with Marketing CRM teams or prior experience in Marketing/CRM functions
  • Proven ability to manage propositions and products inlife optimising and monetising them to achieve commercial success
