As a Screening Operations Specialist at Wise you will drive operational excellence across FinCrime screeningPEP adverse media and sanctionsby leading data-driven initiatives ensuring clear communication and serving as the central point of coordination across teams. You will be instrumental in translating strategic goals into actionable tasks accelerating efficiency and supporting the adoption of new includes areas such as resourcing culture compliance customer experience quality and training.
The subject role will be in the Screening Project Team which is responsible for documentation continuous improvement cross-team communication stakeholder management and acts as a subject-matter expert in various areas that has an impact on the Screening Operational Teams.
Heres how youll be contributing to the team
- Analyze operational performance data and key efficiency metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Lead data driven initiatives to continuously improve the teams operational output and quality
- Define scope and track the delivery of operational initiatives
- Support the adoption of automation and AI tools
- Document project activities key decisions and resulting changes ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date records
- Serve as the point of contact between the Operations team and key stakeholders including Product Compliance and Engineering
- Manage operational change implementation including testing new features validating results against requirements and providing structured feedback to stakeholders
- Proactively identify and remove roadblocks
