About the Role

The F&B All Rounder plays a key role in delivering outstanding a la carte service anticipating guest needs and supporting smooth restaurant operations. This position suits a passionate hospitality professional who enjoys engaging with guests and takes pride in creating memorable moments through quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests with genuine warmth and efficiency.
Provide attentive table service in the a la carte restaurant ensuring orders are accurately taken and delivered.
Maintain in-depth menu knowledge including ingredients dietary options and daily specials.
Assist with beverage service and bar support including wine service and preparing cocktails.
Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
Manage billing and handle payments accurately.
Uphold the brands service philosophy and ensure each member/guest feels valued.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Availability to work a range of shifts including days nights weekends and event days;
- Have a current RSA certificate;
- Impeccable grooming and presentation;
- A genuine desire to provide exceptional service and
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused attitude.
- Experience in a similar role is highly desired.
