Salary: $75000 - $85000 based on experience up to 10% company bonus are up for grabs because great work deserves great rewards!
Schedule: Dive into the action from 3 PM to 12 AM Monday - Friday

Ready to lead a team of road warriors and keep our pizza deliveries running smoothly As a Transportation Supervisor you will be the driving force behind our Class A and B drivers ensuring they safely deliver delicious Dominos pizzas to our stores. Your expertise in HOS and DOT regulations will be key in building a compliant and efficient operation while juggling scheduling routing and driver training - all while keeping the energy high and team morale even higher!

What Youll Do:

• Lead with Flair: Inspire and mentor both new and seasoned drivers. Create an environment where everyone is excited to hit the road!
• Plan Like a Pro: Schedule drivers like a Tetris master! Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries while keeping transportation costs in check.
• Safety First: Champion safety! Conduct regular checks monitor driver logs and ensure we are in line with DOT and company policies.
• Cultivate Team Spirit: Bring positivity to the team! Organize fun safety meetings while celebrating wins and fostering respect and camaraderie among drivers.
• Customer Relations: Be the face of Dominos on the road! Maintain great customer relationships and ensure that their feedback enhances our service.

Qualifications :

Who You Are:

• A supervisory superstar with 2-3 years of experience.
• Experienced with route scheduling and leading teams in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledgeable about DOT regulations and eager to stay compliant.
• Proficient in MS Office SAP and Transportation Management Systemstech-savvy is the name of the game!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

• You can stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary.
• Comfortable working in various temperatures both indoors and outdoors including refrigerated areas (because we support our dough literally!).
