Sales Support Specialist, Personal Care Industry

Job Summary

As a Sales Support Specialist you will leverage your technical knowledge in cosmetic science effectively contributing to our supply chain processes. You will make a difference by ensuring regulatory compliance managing critical documentation and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers all while supporting seamless operations within a fast-paced industry.

General Responsibilities

• Manage material codes and regulatory documentation (Material Master Data) ensuring compliance and readiness for sales
• Validate purchasing documents and Certificates of Analysis in line with regulatory standards
• Organize and maintain the document database for cosmetic science regulatory files and supplier certificates
• Coordinate and obtain product documentation from suppliers to support customer requests
• Manage the dispatch of samples and laboratory prototypes to customers in collaboration with the Innovation Center
• Handle customer and supplier interactions including processing orders issuing confirmations/invoices and supporting end-to-end supply chain activities
• Maintain accurate SAP master data SKUs and Salesforce materials while collaborating closely with European logistics and regulatory teams

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• 3 years of experience in sales administration with a key focus in regulatory documentation
• Technical skills and knowledge in Cosmetic Science
• Work experience in distribution trading or export/import
• Proven ability in multi-tasking and prioritizing workload
• High attention to detail follow-through and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint)
• Fluent in local languages and ideally in English written and spoken
