About the role
As the Specialist Ticketing Systems you will bring a proactive and customer-focussed approach leveraging your technical expertise to enhance the customer and presenter this role youll configure ticket builds accurately provide support and service to our clients and ensure seamless operation within our ticketing systems. Key to your success in this role will be your ability to excel and pivot under pressure meet deadlines and ensure the accuracy and completion of event settlements. This is an exciting opportunity for an ACM team member to utilise and develop their ticketing skills.
Full time fixed term position. Band 3.2 $85347.00 p.a. plus superannuation.
