Job Summary

Job Description:

1: Maintain Real-Time Performance Visibility

To maintain the already developed internal EHS and FM Performance Management Tool on AppSheet/Looker Studio which is used to digitize and streamline EHS and FM data / report in real-time dashboards accessible to key stakeholders;

Give internal training to internal stakeholders.

Conduct users acceptance testing with target audience and gather feedback for continuous improvements.

2: Accelerate Training Adoption & Efficiency:

To transform EHS training materials / PPTs into engaging high-quality video content using the purchased external artificial intelligence tool standardizing the training format for scalability and consistency;

Deconstruct 5 hours high-priority EHS training PPTs into concise video-friendly scripts;

Use the AI tool to transform scripts into professional training videos;

Review videos for accuracy brand compliance and pedagogical effectiveness;

Document the AI tool usage and the video production process for future scalability.

3:Team Administrative Supports:

Support the promotion of a safety culture by organising awareness campaigns and educational materials

To take ad-hoc administrative assignments relevant to Facility Management or EHS

EDUCATION & COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education: University student majoring in EHS Human Resource or English with good ability of written verbal and listening in English

Looker Studio (Google Data Studio): Expertise in connecting data sources designing engaging dashboards calculating custom metrics and implementing controls.

AppSheet: Strong knowledge of building data collection apps and connecting AppSheet data tables for use in Looker Studio.

Data Structuring & Cleaning: Ability to manage large messy datasets (spreadsheets/databases) perform transformations and ensure data integrity for reporting.

EHS/FM Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of common EHS and Facility Management knowledge is essential for effective dashboard design.

AI Video Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated experience or rapid ability to learn and operate external AI tools for text-to-video or PPT-to-video conversion (e.g. Synthesia Lumen5 etc.).

Instructional Design & Scripting: Ability to analyze dense PowerPoint content and extract/refine concise engaging and clear scripts suitable for video narration and visual presentation.

Project Management: Self-starter with strong planning org

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity as the foundation for the Companys success reputation and sustainable growth.
