The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated on-site General Practitioner to join our growing team providing medical care to residents within aged care facilities across Gosford and Umina region within New South Wales.
This role offers a truly rewarding opportunity to practise relationship-based medicine within a supportive and well-structured model of care. As a GP with Access Aged Care you will be part of a coordinated multidisciplinary team including experienced nurses telehealth specialists and administrative staff all working together to deliver comprehensive patient-centred care.
Our model is designed to reduce administrative burden giving you the freedom to focus on clinical care and meaningful patient interactions. You will enjoy professional autonomy a manageable caseload and the opportunity to see the direct and lasting impact of your care on residents their families and facility teams.

Requirements
- Availability: 1 day per wee.k
- AHPRA Registration: General or Specialist registration (no conditions).
- Fellowship: RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship required.
- Tech-Ready: Comfortable with system-based reporting and familiar with common clinical software.
- Equipment: Must have access to a personal laptop.
GPs Approaching Fellowship
If you are nearing completion of your RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship and have a passion for aged care wed love to speak with you.
Daily rate: $1700$1800 per day (depending on experience and availability).
