Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations developing financial strategies and ensuring the fiscal health of the company. As a key member of the executive team the Finance Director will play a critical role in driving the financial planning risk management and long-term financial goals of HoneyCar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting forecasting and reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys growth and profitability.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making by the executive team.
- Manage cash flow investments and asset management to ensure financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Present financial reports and findings to the board of directors and stakeholders.
Income: $120000 - $265000 Per Year
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar role in the automotive or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred but not required.
