Responsibilities
Coordinates leads and performs food preparation activities and the cooking for multiple outlets. On-boards and trains all new cooks. Responsible for ensuring the opening and closing guidelines of the department are met.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
1. One year food service experience. 2. Ability to read write and follow written and oral instructions. 3. Ability to understand and accept responsibility for food preparation and work activities.
PREFERRED:
1. One (1) year experience as healthcare cook. 2. Three (3) to Five (5) years of general cooking experience. 3. One (1) year supervisory experience. 4. ServSafe Certification.
