In customer marketing at PwC you will specialise in providing consulting services focused on customer-centric marketing strategies. You will analyse customer behaviour develop targeted marketing campaigns and offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their marketing efforts improve customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
Focused on relationships you are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations you are growing your personal brand deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients and to deliver quality. Competencies and skills
- Candidate with prior consulting experience
- Knowledge of process definition analysis design and documentation with familiarity with BPMN 2.0 diagramming notation and experience with leading process management tools (such as Aris Hopex Lucidchart Bizagi Visio etc.).
- Desirable knowledge in project management and handling of related tools (MS Project Jira); and preparation of follow-up reports and presentations
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Knowledge of basic insurance operations terms and insurance sector processes (policy lifecycle across all lines of business).
- Desirable but not mandatory: knowledge of insurance collections management processes (accounts receivable collections execution payment gateways etc.).
- Six sigma certification desirable
- Preferably with Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Economics Finance Administration or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating meetings and workshops with clients and internal teams to gather information validate processes and design solutions.
- Leading in-depth process analyses to identify improvement opportunities for insurance clients.
- Developing presentations and reports for clients and management.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and solutions.
- Delivering high-quality results.
